Uttam Deal 10 day return and refund policy

  1. Firm will refund you 100 percent of the price on unopened and resalable products sold by the firm. You must inform us within 10 days of products received and must return products within 30 days of product delivery. You must also return individual products that are purchased as part of a combo or package.
  2. If the products are opened then return of products will be accepted only if the products are returned in a saleable condition with the tags intact and in their original packaging, in an unwashed and undamaged condition.
  3. Please note that "Uttam Deal 10 day returns and refund policy" does not apply to holiday packages and astrology reports because, in holiday package, there is nothing to touch, feel, see, examine the quality of the product, etc. Which are normally the reasons to return any product, rather everything is very clear about its terms, validity, destinations, etc. On the website which can be seen on our website before purchasing and that is why it is non-returnable once purchased, and in astrology report, if you have read our astrology report then everything is revealed hence it is considered as used product and used product cannot be returned.
  4. If you have got free holiday packages or astrology reports with some other products as a product combo then also that combo becomes non-returnable.
  5. Refund/ replacement for goods/ merchandise are subject to inspection and checking by Uttam Deal team.
  6. Damages due to neglect, improper usage or application will not be covered under our returns and refund policy.
  7. Some special rules for promotional offers may override "Uttam Deal 10 day returns and refund policy."
  8. Please note that the cash on delivery convenience charge and the shipping charge would not be included in the refund value of your order as these are non-refundable charges hence the actual refund price may less than 100% in some cases.
  9. The form of the refund will be based on following:
    If the payment was made by credit card, debit card or net-banking, we will reverse credit to the credit card or credit your banking account.
  10. In order for the firm to correctly back out the applicable commissions on returned products, you must keep the sales order number from the invoice. You must provide the sales order number to the firm at the time you request a return. The return of products may affect your eligibility to receive commissions, and if commissions have already been paid on the returned products, then the firm will recoup your commissions.
  11. The firm does not provide refunds for products purchased from another seller. You must seek a refund directly from the seller who sold you such products. 
  12. If Uttam Deal decides to change the return and refund policy, it will be posted here so that you will always know about current return and refund policy. Any changes to this return and refund policy will be considered effective immediately after the changes are posted on this web site. The return and refund policy was last revised on 15th December, 2016.
  13. Exchange policy
    Firm will exchange products purchased directly from the firm that were incorrectly sent, or are defective, if you notify the firm within 10 days of the date of delivery of the products. If an exchange is not feasible, the firm will issue a full refund of the purchase price to the seller's bank account.
    Procedures for obtaining a refund or exchange

    You must comply with the following procedures to obtain a refund or exchange:

    • You must receive approval for the return in the form of a return number before you ship the product to the firm. This approval must be obtained through the website, and the actual return shipment must be accompanied by the return number;
    • The firm will provide you with the correct procedures and location for returning the products at the time of return approval. The firm will not refund the original shipping costs on products that you return. All return shipping costs must be paid by you;
    • Products sent to the firm without return number will not qualify for a refund or exchange and will be returned to you at your expense.
